The Kind of Problems

Most of the work sits where two or three of these overlap - a leadership shift that only lands if employees experience it differently, a customer problem that turns out to be a leadership or culture problem underneath.

Selected Proof Points

Crisis & Brand Recovery

How leadership got the confidence to act

When a restaurant chain's founder left under a cloud, franchise owners needed to know - fast - whether the brand could survive without him. A customer survey linked to purchase data, plus an employee survey, gave leadership enough to act with confidence.

Customer & Member Insight

Why members actually renewed

A retail membership brand wanted to know why members renewed, or didn't. Combining what people said with the transaction data showed the real reasons, not the assumed ones, and changed how the company approached renewals.

Leadership & Team

Learning to say the hard things directly

Working with one leadership team for over a year, research paired with facilitated work on real conflict moved them from disagreements too big to name to saying the hard things directly - eventually, joyfully. Written up independently in peer-reviewed journals.

Making Insight Land

Making research something felt, not read

A biotech marketing team had good customer research that wasn't changing how they worked. Building an experience from that research, instead of handing over another slide deck, made it real to them - and their decisions changed.

Tools I use to get there: mixed-method study design and program evaluation; employee, customer, and market research; 360 coaching and feedback, evidence-based OD models, and process facilitation. Combined, they diagnose what's driving a problem to give leaders both the evidence and the confidence to act.
